Course Presenter: John Anderson, MA, BCIAC

John Anderson is a pioneer in the field of EEG biofeedback, having directed the first school based EEG training program in the world in the early 1990s.

He is an internationally known instructor and presenter and has helped develop or refine some of the most effective protocols currently used in neurofeedback training. He has dual certification in general biofeedback and in EEG biofeedback and is a Senior Fellow of the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America.

This course will present a new way of perceiving physical, psychological and neurological problems using a unique approach to brain based behaviors and dysfunctions. This one day class will set the foundation for a broad comprehensive approach to assessing, treating and resolving historically intractable disorders. Participants will sample the assessment component of this powerful method during hands on lab experiences.

The seminar will introduce the underlying principles of EEG self-regulation and its use in the therapeutic setting. Participants will learn why neurofeedback can be an effective adjunct to their current interventions or how it can be used as a primary intervention and become the primary focus of a professional career.
