The EXG Sensor is a dual channel sensor that delivers 2 signals of EEG, sEMG, ECG, EOG, or any combination.

The unique EXG Sensor delivers two channels for each electrophysiological modality and can be used for various biofeedback and neurofeedback applications such as chronic tension headaches, stress management, and ADHD/ADD.

Electrical activity is measured in microvolts. Working with electrophysiological signal at the microvolt level means that signal quality is a key factor, so great care must be taken in reducing artifacts (noise) and rejection. The NeXus EXG Sensor uses proprietary carbon technology combined with active noise cancellation technology. Instead of "hiding" noise and artifacts with the classic filter approach, it simply measures the external noise and substracts it, resulting in cleaner signals and less artifacts.

To measure a particular modality, just snap on the appropriate electrode and attach it to the client.

Note: measuring electrophysiological signals always requires a ground. Therefore when using this sensor make sure to also use the EXG Ground NeXusThe unique EXG Sensor NeXus is used for various trainings and treatments, such as the treatment of chronic tension headache, stress management training and ADHD Neurofeedback. The EXG Sensor NeXus is a dual channel sensor, that delivers 2 signals of EEG, sEMG, ECG, EOG, or any combination. So it not only gets you two channels for the price of one sensor, but you'll save more money not buying a separate sensor for each electrophysiological modality.

Electrophysiological signals are at the microvolt level - demanding high signal quality for useful and accurate measurement. Great care must be taken in reducing artifacts (noise) and rejection. The EXG Sensor uses proprietary carbon technology combined with active noise cancellation technology. Instead of "hiding" noise and artifacts with the classic filter approach, it simply measures the external noise and subtracts it, resulting in cleaner signals and less artifacts.

To measure a particular modality, just snap on the appropriate electrode and attach it to the client. You can use a variety of different electrodes, like EEG Discs, EXG Meditrace, or EXG ARBO.

Measuring electrophysiological signals always requires a ground. Therefore when using this sensor make sure to also use the EXG Ground.
